ABOUT THE PROJECT
The product above I fully designed and developed a workflow to simplify the standard operating procedures for data warehouses. This process is normally paper based and digitizing it will save hours of set up time, allow for workers to watch safety videos and access manuals. I designed this product to have a quick and compressive approval process to respond to requests and detail updates that need to be made. I enjoyed working on this project since it was separate from the typical Akitabox software I work on, so I got to play around with design and UI features while not be confined by the design system. There were limited requirements given to me besides digitizing the current paper based process, so I was able to come up with my own design solutions and then present them to the team and stakeholders . The “Software UI” is designed for a user to create a highly detailed checklist for a maintenance worker to use, and the “App UI” is what the maintenance worker would see and use while on site with a tablet.
